In response to the positive feedback from last year’s auction the ARA will host an online auction where there will be a wide array of items with the focus being on fishing gear.

We will post the specific link for Catch A Deal on March 1st on our website and Facebook page. The auction is open to anyone not just ARA members. Once registered you can bid, receive updates on your bids, and follow the bidding on items that interest you.

Shipping is extra but last year using our member network we managed to have most items delivered for free. Thank you for your interest. If you are a member you will receive email updates if not our Facebook page and website will have regular updates.

All proceeds from the online auction go towards various projects ARA takes on each year including, but not limited to: aquatic habitat restoration, biodiversity enhancement, flood plain re-establishment, and tree planting. Not only are you catching some great deals in the auction, you are also helping ARA complete important habitat projects throughout the County of Antigonish.
